Terms & Conditions of Participation

Paeonia Academy — Student Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Student") and Paeonia Academy ("Company") and governs your purchase of and participation in any of the Company’s educational programs ("Programs").

1. Payment & Access

  • All Programs are purchased through a one-time full payment, as indicated at checkout.

  • After payment, access is granted as follows:

    • BCU Course — 3 months access to materials

    • Consultations / Store Audits — lifetime access to the recording

    • Turnkey Store Setup — 1-month access to materials, lifetime access to consultation recordings

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed. This includes:

  • Mistaken purchases

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Situations caused by not following instructions

  • Failure to provide required materials (e.g., photos, store access, etc.)

Exception:
If the Student cancels at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start, a credit toward future participation may be issued, subject to approval.

Example: If you purchase flowers for a photo shoot but fail to send the photos to the expert on time, and the result is unsatisfactory — responsibility lies with you. No refunds will be issued for outcomes caused by delays or missed instructions.

If a Student becomes unresponsive during a Turnkey Setup and the project window closes, the service is considered rendered. No extensions or repeats will be granted.

3. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, the Student agrees to:

  • Participate actively in the Program

  • Follow instructions and expert recommendations

  • Submit required files and tasks on time

  • Accept responsibility for the final result

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

All materials are protected by copyright.
It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Share your course access with others

  • Use the materials to teach or consult others

  • Reproduce, sell, publish or distribute any content

Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the Program without a refund.

5. Limitations & Disclaimer

  • The Company does not guarantee increased sales, ranking performance, or any specific business outcomes. Results depend on the Student’s implementation and participation.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. "it wasn't what I expected" or "I wanted a different approach") does not qualify for a refund.

6. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by external factors (illness, outages, changes to the Flowwow platform, etc.).

7. Expert Interaction

Our team works hard to ensure a comfortable and respectful experience between students and experts. However, in rare cases where personal compatibility becomes an issue:

  • Students may request a change of expert, and the Company will assign a new one.

  • If the Student is dissatisfied with the second expert, and later with the third, they have two options:

    • Continue working with the current expert

    • Accept that the service is considered complete

  • An expert has the right to refuse continued work with a student without explanation. In that case, a new expert will be assigned.

  • If after two expert changes the Student remains dissatisfied, the case will be personally taken over by the founder of Paeonia Academy. If the relationship still does not work, the service will be deemed completed.

9. Agreement Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the terms

  • You agree to all sections of this Agreement

  • You waive the right to request refunds or disputes based on content, format, or outcomes
